Frozen waffle versus non-frozen waffle: The times given below are for non-frozen waffles (stored at room temp or thawed). If your waffle is frozen, add about 15-20 seconds to the microwave time. If you do not have a microwave oven, we recommend thawing the waffle before heating in the toaster oven, as otherwise your waffle will still be quite cold inside (put out of freezer for ± 10 minutes). Microwaves and toaster ovens can have different power specifications, so you may have to find better times for your specific microwave and toaster oven.

Waffles can be enjoyed both hot and cold. On hot days, try the waffle cold as a snack/cookie.

If you have a toaster oven AND microwave – [This is the best way to reheat the waffles]:
- Take waffle out of cellophane bag;
- Put in microwave for 25 seconds;
- Put waffle in toaster oven for 30-45 seconds depending on the desired “crunchiness”;
- It’s best to let cool (preferably on cooling rack) for about 10-20 seconds;
- Put waffle in wax paper (included), and wrap a napkin (included) around wax paper;
Start munching….

If you have only a toaster oven:
- Put waffle in toaster oven for 1 minute (on toast) or about 3 minutes on 350°;
- Best is to let cool (preferably on cooling rack for about 10-20 seconds;
- Put waffle in wax paper (included), and wrap a napkin (included) around wax paper;
Start munching….

If you have only a microwave oven [least recommended]:
* It is important to understand that a microwave oven will prevent the waffle from being crunchy.*
- Put waffle in microwave for about 40-45 seconds. Waffle should be warm when you take out.
- Put waffle on cooling rack.
(If using microwave to heat waffle, it’s even more important to cool the waffle on a cooling
rack as this will make outside cool at least a bit “crunchier”;

Waffle Cabin® Sugar waffles are all natural without any preservatives because sugar is a natural preservative in bakery goods. This will keep the sugar waffles fresh enough so you do not have to freeze them if consumed within 3-5 days of receiving the waffles. For the waffles you do not plan to consume within 3-5 days, it is best to freeze them (though freezing does dry out any bakery product). The best place to store the waffles for a few days (outside the freezer) is in a cool and dry place (but not in the fridge); they can be stored at room temperature (again for a few days).

If storing in a freezer: Freezers dry out anything you put in it and that includes (and even especially) any baked goods. We suggest using the waffles within 4 weeks from receiving them, though they will be OK but dryer if stored longer. Store waffles in their original packaging (cellophane bag) and if possible in a box (original shipping box is fine).

We do our very best to create the very best quality product and in case you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. If you do enjoy the waffles, we would certainly like to hear from you too.

Thank you for your purchase! Bon appétit!
